Alex, Jack & Brad Sock it to Manly!

On a cool day on 17th August, Truzz, Jack and Brank made mincemeat of our CIMA01 course to blitz the field in 31 minutes and there’s a feeling at TGG HQ, that these three names might need a little handicap moving forward! What do you think?

Yay - we finished!
Happy CitiTrail Players!

The level 1 course CIMA01, runs about 3.6 kilometres between clues, which is about 4.4 kilometres in real distance. Our winners ran the course in 37 minutes 31 seconds, while our next 4 teams (two were very close for second place) came in over the next 15 minutes. The course runs around the beach township of Manly in New South Wales, Australia, and comprises 23 clues in the town and along the beach. If you want to play this game, go here to check it out.

Discover More of Manly’s Coastal Magic
Beyond the CIMA01 course, Manly offers an irresistible blend of seaside charm and urban ease. After your run, stroll along the iconic Corso — just a few steps from where Alex, Jack, and Brad sprinted to glory — lined with cafes, surf shops, and vibrant beachside energy. The golden sands of Manly Beach beckon for sunbathing, people-watching, or a refreshing dip, while the nearby ocean pools (like the historic Fairy Bower and Manly Beach Icebergs) are beloved local gems for post-trail dips with spectacular views.

Taste the Local Flavors After the Trail
Once you’ve wrapped up the adventure — and maybe indulged in a group photo and celebratory FroYo — Manly’s food scene offers plenty more to savour. Just off the sand, enjoy fish tacos with a view, coastal bowls or hearty brunches in al fresco cafés. For something a little further afield, the Manly Wharf offers fresh seafood with harbour views, and evening craft brews float in from nearby microbreweries. It’s the perfect cozy hangout to wind down, share your CitiTrail stories, and plan your next adventure.
