From Opera Bar to Bennelong, wine and dine your way around Sydney Opera House. With your own personal guide, you’ll tour our incredible venues, experience backstage spaces and even the boardroom balcony with Taste of the House. Your degustation journey begins at Opera Bar with an immersive hot sauce experience led by The Fermentalist team. You'll explore the art of creating chilli oil and work together to craft Opera Bar's signature hot sauce beautifully labelled, signed, and yours to take home. Along the way, enjoy tiger prawns paired with a spicy margarita, and finish with a flight of oysters paired with a selection of hot sauces. Lunch is at Midden by Mark Olive where you’ll enjoy a wattle seed rubbed kangaroo fillet paired with matching wine and served with a selection of sides. We can't think of a better spot for lunch with some of the Sydney's best harbourside views.
