Here’s a new level 1 scavenger hunt in Florence, Italy – Santa Maria Novella to Palazzo Vecchio CIFL01.
Cititrail has a brand new Italian City Scavenger Hunt.
A 5 kilometer roadway path, meandering from Medieval to Renaissance Florence, starting around the corner from the main railway station – Firenze SMN – at the Piazza Santa Maria Novella, the first great basilica, passing the family burial place of the great Medici dynasty, in the footsteps of Dante & Machiavelli.
We pass by the Duomo (Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore), crossing the river Arno on the iconic Ponte Vecchio, returning via the Piazza della Repubblica and the Basilica di Santa Croce, through the Piazzale degli Uffizi to end up outside the striking Palazzo Vecchio and it’s incredible statuary.
This is a level 1 Game, with 34 clues. This means you can play any time, there are no locations you need to go into.
